Join us for a 60-minute Hatha Yoga class. This time we will focus on Tapas, or self-discipline, is one of the five Niyamas in the 8 limbs of yoga. It refers to our inner fire — the literal heat you build in a vigorous asana practice and also the inner fire of drive, passion, and courage.
On the other hand, tapas does not mean to push yourself to extreme limits. Instead, it’s about finding discipline to overcome obstacles, stick to goals. The key is consistency in moving forward.

108 Surya Namaskar Challenge

Join us for Surya Namaskar Challenge that is traditionally practised for centuries by yogies to show gratitude for their lives and all we are blessed with. Join us to discover the power of it with us!
The sequence consists of 12 yoga asanas strung together to create consistent movement. In this moving meditation we will do 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), so the complete practice takes around 90min and will have consistent rhythm of movement and breath as we flow through the simplest version of Sun Salutations, on one side at the time. The repetition of familiar postures, over and over again, allows us to enter a deeply connected state, where we can meditate through movement and awareness.

“We all know that we all have different needs. Through yoga classes, as an internal practice, we can support student’s therapeutic process, especially if the student is dealing with heavy feelings of anxiety, depression and trauma.”
Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop is designed on the base of Trauma-Informed Therapy that recognizes that an individual could have had life experiences resulting in deep wounds which have a tremendous impact on the course of the life.
This workshop is an opportunity to educate yourself how to better understand and respond to the needs of students who may have experienced trauma, enhancing your teaching practice and making a lasting impact on their journey. Connect with other yoga teachers, and enrich your practice with the knowledge needed to support all students on their healing journey. Whether you're new to trauma-informed yoga or looking to deepen your expertise, this workshop will provide valuable insights and practical strategies.

This workshop includes a practical part in which we will learn how to create a trauma-sensitive class, what are some of the yogic tools which can be an excellent support for trauma healing and what are some of the common mistakes we can avoid.
Everyone will receive a manual and a personalized feedback on how they can improve their approach during a practical exercise. This workshop and trauma sensitive approach can be applied to any yoga style.

Join us for a 75-minute Hatha Yoga class and Meditation session, in English & Portuguese. It will be both a therapeutic and playful immersion into Yoga, for all levels, with focus on connecting to our bodies and breathe in a safe space. We will start with a grounding meditation and a breathing exercise for stress-relief, continue with a sequence of dynamic and static postures and finish with a well deserved final relaxation.

Full Moon Magic: Movement, Cacao Ritual & Sound Bath
Full moon's powerful energy amplifies your intentions. This is a unique opportunity to set goals, release what no longer serves you, and embrace change.
Spend beautiful 2.5-3 hours afternoon under the glow of the Full Moon. We'll begin with a gentle yoga and embodiment movement practice to release physical and emotional tensions that could accumulated in us during busy daily life tasks and experiences.
Following the movement, experience a sacred Cacao Ritual. Cacao is rich elixir, traditionally used for centuries that can gently guide you towards inner exploration and connection with yourself.
We will close the afternoon slowly diving into the healing sound of Tibetian bowls and soothing vibrations of Koshi chimes. This sound bath meditation is perfect way how engender deep relaxation and increased energy for further days.
