Join us for Surya Namaskar Challenge that is traditionally practised for centuries by yogies to show gratitude for their lives and all we are blessed with. Join us to discover the power of it with us!
The sequence consists of 12 yoga asanas strung together to create consistent movement. In this moving meditation we will do 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), so the complete practice takes around 90min and will have consistent rhythm of movement and breath as we flow through the simplest version of Sun Salutations, on one side at the time. The repetition of familiar postures, over and over again, allows us to enter a deeply connected state, where we can meditate through movement and awareness.
