YOUR FIRST CLASS IN GREEN NEST?

Our classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, we offer morning classes as well as afternoon and evening ones. You can find a complete schedule here.

We kindly ask you to come 10 mins before the class and make a check-in with the teacher (show booking confirmation or your name) so there is enough time to get organised and get the space ready. As our classes start on time, late-comers may not be let in. We don't have a reception area, so if you arrive earlier, we kindly ask you to keep the noise down to do not disturb the ongoing class or private treatment (also please do not use the doorbell until 10 minutes before).

Before 8:00 and after 19:00 The Galeria Comercial building main entrance to the street is closed. Please, in that case, wait at the main entrance and the teacher will come for you 10 minutes before the class. As our classes start on time late-comers may not be let in. 

All you need is a comfy sportswear. You can also bring a water bottle, however we always offer a jars with water to refresh. If you think you might get sweaty bring a towel and of course, if you prefer your own yoga mat, you can bring it, too.

The studio is fully-equipped including yoga mats, blocks, stripes or bolsters, so you do not need to bring anything, unless you prefer to use your own, of course.

Yes, there are changing facilities and bathroom available at our location. You can comfortably change your clothes here before and after your class. 

Unfortunately not, that is not possible as we want to ensure that the class will happen. In case there are no bookings the teacher will not be in the studio for the class.

Yes, please. It is necessary to sign up and finish the booking to ensure the teacher being notified about bookings and for the class to happen.

You can cancel the class latest 12 hours before the start time. For canceling please send us request on info@greenneststudio.com.

Studio is open 15 mins before start time every confirmed class and 15 mins after the class ends. We don't have a reception area, so if you arrive earlier, we kindly ask that you keep the noise down to do not disturb the ongoing class or private treatment (or not to ring the doorbell until 10 minutes before).

You can find us in the heart Sintra, R. Gen. Alves Roçadas 10, in the Galeria Comercial Solar das Escadinhas. Studio is located on the 1st floor, the left door. 

Studio door before the class is usually open. In case the door is closed, please ring the door bell only 10 mins before class start time as there might be ongoing class or private treatment in the studio. The teacher will make sure to let you into the studio in time.
