1. Green Nest Studio is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. All informations provided on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

2. Green Nest Studio website contains certain historical information. All provided informations are provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

3. Fees and prices for our products may change from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits withnout any notice. An increase in fees applies to new contracts and passes only.

4. Green Nest Studio reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Green Nest Studio reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or offered services. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

6. By buying any product it is member’s responsibility to settle any unpaid participation in a class, workshop, or another event at the Green Nest Studio. Green Nest Studio reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until the unpaid participation is settled.

7. It is the member’s responsibility to settle any negative balance on their Green Nest Studio account. Green Nest Studio reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until the negative balance on the member’s Green Nest Studio account is settled.

8. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships, or products. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. To register or purchase from the Green Nest Studio online booking system and to attend regular classes, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age.

10. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Passes for Kids & Teens Yoga programs must be purchased by a person over eighteen on behalf of the kid or teen.

11. It is member’s responsibility to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. By purchasing product you agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that Green Nest Studio can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

12. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

13. Green Nest Studio has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

14. Green Nest Studio does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

15. Participating in any form of exercise at our studio is at member’s own risk.

16. It is member’s responsibility to let us know at all times if you have any medical or physical conditions that may affect your practice. You agree to be aware that teachers are not medical practitioners and any advice on your medical condition and your ability to participate in our classes is not binding.

Memberships and class packages

1. All memberships (unlimited passes, class passes, and contracts) are nominative and non-transferable. Anyone caught sharing a membership will be denied entry and forfeit their membership permanently without any compensation.

2. Unlimited membership allows you unlimited only scheduled classes, it excludes workshops or other special events.

3. If you purchase your membership on a single payment, the activation date will be the date of the first class booked.

Booking Policy

1. The booking of offered services is possible only via booking system.

2. Payment for all classes must be received before the scheduled class date to ensure your spot.

3. Classes must be booked in advance, for online bookings it is possible to book class at latest 3 hours before beginning. In case of events and workshops member must book at latest 24 hours before begging.

4. A confirmation about class is sent to you by email once you book your class.

Cancelation and Suspension Policy:

1. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.

2. For all members it is possible to cancel class latest 12 hours before the start time. If you fail to cancel on time or do not show up, the fee for the class will be deducted. In case of events and workshops member it is possible to cancel booking 48 hours before the start time. If you fail to cancel on time or do not show up, the fee for the event or workshop will be deducted.

3. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system or mobile app. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.

4. Refunds, where applicable, will be made by bank transfer within a few business days. Cash refunds will not be issued.

5. Suspension is not possible. Only in case of major circumstances, illness, or an accident, the request will be treated, case by case. Green Nest Studio reserves the right to offer members use the non depleted class packages as the credit for further use. The validity of this credit is 3 moths.

6. By purchasing a membership, the member agrees to follow the decision of the Green Nest Studio if an exceptional suspension is submitted.
