BOOKING AND CANCELATION
It is possible to BOOK class at least 3 hours in advance.
For morning classes (starting 9AM) you can BOOK your class at least 10 hours before the beginning of the class (latest at 11pm of the previous day).
You can CANCEL your class at least 12 hours hours before the starting time.

Class types
Hatha Yoga

In Sanskrit Ha means Sun and Tha means Moon. Hatha refers to union or balance of masculine - Sun and feminine energies - Moon. A session typically includes Asana practice (physical poses), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation. Some practices can be little bit challenging and some of them more relaxed and grounded. After all you will always feel well balanced and ready for the rest of your day.

Vinyasa Yoga

Breath is movement and movement is breath. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links every breath to a particular movement to create.a flowing and fast-paced sequence. That can give you a heart-pumping workout, but also very gently, always depending on the teacher and students. The class can also include Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation. Vinyasa brings to our lives strength, balance and trust in our body.

Integral Yoga

This class offers the complete practice of breathing exercises (pranayama), moving the body with asanas to create strength, flexibility, balance with awareness, incorporating mudras and bandhas, and ending the class with relaxation and sometimes mantra. I love to bring to my classes incorporating new elements of the practice. You will leave the class relaxed but feel the body worked as well.

Yin Yoga

The Yin yoga works with a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Muscles are relaxed that allows us to get to deeper layers as connective tissue, joints, ligaments and so on. You will feel relaxed, calmed and well balanced after class.

The class combines therapeutic and playful immersion in Hatha and Yin Yoga with focus on both dynamic and gentle poses as well as various breathing exercises. Through mindful practices and psychotherapeutic perspective we build the approach of cultivating deep awareness of the body and its sensations and emotions to calm down and regulate the nervous system. The aim of this class is to offer a safe space for all who need to pause or face anxiety, panic attacks, depression or trauma in which you can perhaps return back home to your true Self with curiosity and compassion.

Pilates strengthens, tones, and stretches your body while improving flexibility — all is done on a mat with no equipment. It’s all about small, controlled moves, with a big focus on core strength.
