Join us for a 60-90 minute Vinyasa Flow class with Metta Meditation.
This practice is focusing on the Anahata Chakra (heart chakra). It includes a mix of gentle chest-opening asanas leading to a peak pose, Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana). The session will be finished by Metta (loving-kindness) meditation.
Bring a friend and let’s come together on the mat for a joyful practice, sharing positive energy and good vibes. Donations are welcome but not required. And yes, we’ll have some tasty snacks to keep the good times rolling!
