Join us for a 75-minute Hatha Yoga class and Meditation session, in English & Portuguese. It will be both a therapeutic and playful immersion into Yoga, for all levels, with focus on connecting to our bodies and breathe in a safe space. We will start with a grounding meditation and a breathing exercise for stress-relief, continue with a sequence of dynamic and static postures and finish with a well deserved final relaxation.
Bring a friend and let’s come together on the mat for a joyful practice, sharing positive energy and good vibes. Donations are welcome but not required. And yes, we’ll have some tasty snacks to keep the good times rolling!
