Space Rental Guide and Terms

Guide and Terms

If you have not already, submit your suggested event and company details.

  • The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm. You will always need to book prior to using the space. We are also open Saturdays and bank holidays but you will need to request this specifically in your booking.

  • Depending on the nature of the event, we recommend a maximum of 20 sitting people inside and 15 people lying down.

    • We have no shoes policy. Please, take off your shoes and leave them at the changing cabinets. Socks are recommended.

    • Items can be used and moved if possible. Need to be returned in their original state & position upon departure.

    • Please be mindful when moving items to protect them from damage.

    • In case of item damage, please report immediately to the attending host and per email to info@greenneststudio.com. Repair/replacement costs are to be covered by the renting party.

    • After every event the host will check the items condition. In case of damage the costs are to be covered by the renting party.

    • The music can be used with kind respect for the neighbors.

    • Sticking or hanging things on the walls is not allowed.

    • Using fire and candles is not allowed.

    • Please keep space tidy & clean upon departure (it includes taking trash outside, music system & aircon turned off, all devices back in charger where applicable, floors cleaned, all items at the original place, windows closed, lights switched off).

    • When these guidelines are violated Green Nest Studio reserves the right to end the rental and charge the full amount.

    • We will be happy if you mention and share us in your photos made at the venue during the event/photoshoot. You can tag us on Instagram @greenneststudio

    • The studio will be opened upon the agreed time by host to welcome you.

    • The host will guide you around the space. Please count with this time (approx. 15min) from your rental time.

    • The renting party is responsible for everything that happens in the Green Nest Studio during the rental period. The host is available by telephone for case of questions or requests.

    • Any extension of rental period time is possible only if the studio’s schedule allows. The extended time must agreed upon with the host. Any overtime will be charged per 30 minutes.

    • Please, leave the space on agreed time (or agreed extended time) clean and tidy upon the order of rental guidelines.

    • The official arrangements of your rent will be established and confirmed via email with Green Nest Studio, including date, times and budget.

    • Final confirmation and reservation are only made after the initial 50% deposit has been made.

    • The remaining 50% of the rental fee will be due 1 day before the event. In case the final 50% of the rental fee is not paid prior to the event, the event will not commence. And the deposit is not refundable in that case.

    • The cancellation 72 hours or more before the event the host will only be charged 50% of the total value. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours the host will need to pay the full amount. For cancellation confirmation the host needs to inform Green Nest Studio via email.

    • In case of a cancellation or any change need to be communicated via info@greenneststudio.com.

    • In case the renter requests to change dates up to 20 days before the renting day the date change is without cost.

    • Less than 20 days before the renting date the original date cannot be changed.
